Wealth and money are two seperate things. Money is a bond of debt. Wealth is to have plenty of what you need. Any person of any intelligence would rather have needs fulfilled in plenty, than be bonded in debt, unable to fulfill your needs. Its in the mind of those with enough debt paid by others to have their needs fulfilled that money is a good thing. Otherwise the link between money and plenty is an illusion. Propaganda. People who pay that debt forget their needs because they haven't had them fulfilled, they are so far gone that they don't even recognize their lack. -DOM (BeeVomit) in response to:
"I am absolutely convinced that no wealth in the world can help humanity forward, even in the hands of the most devoted worker. The example of great and pure individuals is the only thing that can lead us to noble thoughts and deeds. Money only appeals to selfishness and irresistibly invites abuse. Can anyone imagine Moses, Jesus or Ghandi armed with the money-bags of Carnegie?" Albert Einstien
Sunlight streaming down thru the window to my soul, wakes the sleeping child in bed holding his pillow tight to his brow. Not willing to look up and feel the warmth of day encroaching on his dreams. Feels the pull of light to awake and taste the freshness of dawn within.
Moonlight reflecting off the sea blinds for a moment the waking owl, knows the time is ripe for feeling life's throes in its toes. Grasps tight the bundle of fur and teeth, blood, claws and bone, and lights a branch before the pump breaks. Easier to swallow when it helps itself down the chute.
The prism splits light to parts, colors we see to name, names we place to color. Which colors don't have names? We can see them, but not duplicate them.
Love of money, works of machines?
Fear of the god of all things?
Politics work for those who believe.
Poverty runs through everything.
War and strife, peace forgets
Love compounds what is left.

It is better to be in control
of what I must do than not at all.
When I'm troubled, I see inside
the peace within that's mine by right.
It's the way I'm set to go
though its far from what I know.
Finally, a prayer:
Give me peace and joy
Food and precious metals
Stones, shells, hardwoods
And hundreds of willing hands
Give me long life and plenty
Life of health and wellness
Earn my gratitude from your multitude
Land and sea, fruits, grains, nuts and fish
Sky, stars, fire and protection
Weave me a blanket of world comfort.
